Josh Taylor is a native Australian who has had the amazing opportunity to reside in the beautiful city of San Diego for several years. Being in the area for many years has given him extensive knowledge of the market and its trends. 

Josh has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Marketing and have utilized his education paired with his self-motivation, hard work, and quick thinking to flourish in the real estate business. Through the support of his friends, family, and business associates combined with his education and thorough work experience, Josh has become a valuable asset to the San Diego Homes team and his clients.  

Outside of his real estate profession, Josh has served as a lifeguard for the City of Solana Beach for more than four years. He prides himself on his public service which he puts into practice both professionally and personally on a daily basis. On his days off you can often find Josh surfing the San Diego coastline, which in turn gives him exceptional knowledge of the coastal communities in the region.

It is Josh’s goal to make his clients more knowledgeable about the buying and selling process so they can walk away more confident in making a real estate transaction. Josh’s clientele is his top priority and he ends each day in real estate with a new story, a new laugh, and a new inspiration.

Fast Times has a full kitchen and select the finest ingredients for chef Pasqual and his team to work their magic. From steaks, salmon and lobster to great salads and appetizers our menu has something for everyone. The Fast Times bar has a full selection of quality liquors, wines and 12 local craft beers for you San Diego beer aficionados.

Fast Times has a laid back atmosphere with 10 televisions to catch your favorite sports teams in action. A dog friendly patio that always has a cool breeze and view towards Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy live music 6 days a week with acts ranging from rock and roll on the weekends to jazz showcases, a ukulele group and even a little Reggae.
